  • About 1 hour: the practice of full prostrations lasts 40 minutes, energetic warm up 10 minutes, video with motivation and insights about 5 minutes, reflection about 5 minutes.

    Some days when you have a lack of time it is possible to practice half-prostrations which takes about 15-20 minutes or skip the energetic warm up.

  • The practice is cleared of religious overtones so all people can benefit from it. It is just about gratitude.

  • 3 months.

    Sometimes life circumstances don’t give a chance to do the marathon for 21 days without gaps. But you still can practice, learn and benefit when you have an opportunity.

  • For many people of all ages this practice and marathon were first ever spiritual or meditative experience. They did well and love it!

    If you have physical issues - you can practice half-prostrations.
